Department/Unit: EmUrgent Care - Glenmont Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $46,215.00 - $60,080.00 Primary Job Responsibilities: Assist all patients that report to the front desk Greet patients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner Interact with a diverse patient population Utilize the electronic medical record to maintain patient records via scanning or registration Attend appointments, collect copayments, and other necessary information at time of check-in Schedule follow up appointments and referrals as needed (check out) Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately to team members Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
