Responsibilities

  • Manage Front Desk while on duty to ensure a smooth operation and the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Coverage of overnight shifts and duties as assigned

  • Two years supervisory/management experience in Front Office operations
  • Cash/float handling experience
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
  • Valid Driver's License required*
  • Clean Driver's Abstract required*
  • Maui County Liquor Card required*
  • Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work the United States

As a Guest Relations Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest service and ensuring that standards are maintained for all positions within the Front Office. This position also serves as a resource to the overall operations of the hotel by providing assistance and direction as needed. Salary Range: $76,000 - $84,000
