1. Documentation and Reporting - Prepare clear, accurate, and professional investigation reports. - Summarise findings, evidence gathered, statements obtained, and timelines of events. - Highlight key concerns, risk factors, and recommended follow-up actions. - Submit reports to Key Personnel (KPs), Year Heads, HODs, Vice-Principals, or Principal for further decision-making and intervention. 4. Student Engagement and Support - Build positive relationships with students to facilitate open communication. - Exercise empathy while maintaining professional boundaries. - Support students in reflecting on their actions and understanding consequences. - Work collaboratively with teachers, school counsellors, SEN Officers, and school leaders to support student development and well-being. 5. Collaboration with School Staff - Provide timely updates to relevant Key Personnel regardingongoing cases. - Coordinate with teachers to gather contextual information while minimising disruption to classroom teaching. - Support school leaders in implementing follow-up actions arising from investigations. 6. Record Management - Maintain confidential records of incidents, investigations, and outcomes. - Ensure documentation complies with school policies and data protection requirements. - Monitor trends and recurring issues and provide reports to school leaders where necessary. Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm (Work is not required during June & December school holidays)
