Role Summary Responsible for global web performance strategy and outcomes, setting priorities, standards and success measures, and combining hands-on leadership and delivery, with enablement of destination teams. Work is based on evidence-based optimisation (including SEO / GEO / content design) strategies, priorities, standards, and success measures, while ensuring needs are effectively translated into day-to-day delivery across websites and acquisition journeys. Accountable for performance trade-offs, sequencing of work and focus across markets, to maximise commercial and recruitment impact. Accountable for improving education product visibility, traffic quality, user experience and conversion to application, across Kaplan websites - ensuring web activity supports recruitment, accommodation and university partner objectives. Advises on, and supports, web and CMS operations and updates - particularly for optimisation, testing and priority initiatives. This role sits within the Global Brand & Digital capability layer, and operates as a centre of expertise that both delivers directly and enables destination execution. What you'll bring to the role Strong hands-on experience in web optimisation, including SEO / GEO, crossing both technical and content-led approaches - for B2B and B2C audiences Proven ability to analyse web performance and search data, and translate insight into actionable recommendations Strong hands-on experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress) and analytics tools and dashboards (GA4, GTM, SiteImprove, heatmaps etc) Ideally, some experience with web form tools (Formstack and Form Assembly) and related CRM data (Salesforce) Solid understanding of UX, CRO, accessibility and performance optimisation principles Experience of training non-technical users, and producing training materials - in production, analysis and optimisation Ideally, some experience of working with agile development teams to scope and request enhancements Ability to work effectively in matrix environments with marketing, product, commercial and technical teams What we do Kaplan International Pathways, a division of Kaplan Inc., offers international students a wide range of flexible study options - from University preparation programmes in the UK, Australia, USA and Japan through to full degree programmes in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
