Performs the role as a Subject Matter Expert, providing on the job training and mentorship to and trains subordinate security personnel in security policy and standard operating procedures. 3. Takes initiative to anticipate issues, resolves conflict among multiple priorities, and implements effective solutions to prevent problems that might impact timelines and deliverables. 4. Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues. 5. Actively, both internally and externally, promotes DIAs core values of teamwork, integrity, excellence, service, diversity, critical thinking, collaboration and information sharing through ones own behaviors and expectations for others. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Security program and database management experience critical to the oversight and execution of DoW programs. 2. Demonstrated experience in practical application and execution of regulatory guidance outlined in ICD 705 and DoDM 5105.21, 5200.01 with minimal oversight. 3. Experience in the daily execution of Command or Agency level Physical, Construction Security, Access Control & Intrusion Detection Programs IAW ICD 705 series DoDM 5105.21, DoDM 5200.01, and 5205.07.
