About the role

The incumbent provides a full range of HR products and services to address a wide rage of complex, interrelated HRM problems and issues. To qualify at the FV-G level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F (GS/FG 5-9) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience includes experience delivering the full range of employment services/products to customer organizations; preparing/announcing vacancies; providing internal/external placement services to recruit for a wide range of highly specialized, technical and/or hard-to-staff positions; executing recruitment plans to locate and identify highly qualified candidates; analyzing and resolving complex pay-setting errors; reviewing position documents to verify title, series, and grade/career level etc. OR Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Education must be directly related to the position. Must be gained from an accredited college or university. OR Combination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position.
