Direct responsibility for the programming of intrusion detection alert notifications in the company video management system. Ensure that video motion detection and object analytic alert parameters are programmed to increase response productivity by providing accurate notifications and minimizing false positives. Use notification reporting to test camera system detection performance and proactively address inefficiencies. Provide technical and administrative oversight of company alarm systems, including remote testing and diagnosis of malfunction systems. Provide technical and administrative support for the management of emergency notification systems. Direct responsibility for administration of video evidence retention and transmission program. Provide support for security operations center through production and analysis of daily notification and incident response activity reporting. Collaborate with internal partners in field operations, asset management, human resources and legal related to production of relevant or sensitive video footage. 3+ years in a security and/or loss prevention role responding to and addressing physical threats, criminal acts and emergency incidents. Experience as an end user of security systems, including but not limited to video management, burglar or fire alarm, and emergency notification systems. Technical proficiency and experience in programming video management systems required. Experience managing burglar alarm systems preferred Excellent written and oral communication and follow-up skills.
