Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Supervising Social Worker to join its client's Fostering team based in Preston. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Supervise and support foster parents, including induction and TSDS portfolio completion. Conduct Form F assessments and regular support visits. Facilitate monthly reflective sessions to enhance carers' understanding of child development. Work directly with children to promote stability and positive outcomes. Identify training needs and develop Personal Development Plans (PDPs). Conduct unannounced visits, health & safety checks, and risk assessments. Present Annual Reviews to the Faith Fostering Panel. Prepare reports for LAC reviews and placement stability meetings. Respond to referrals, match placements, and liaise with local authorities. Participate in recruitment campaigns and assess foster carers' ongoing suitability. Attend monthly reflective supervision with the Registered Manager. Ensure full compliance with safeguarding legislation and agency policies.
