Access to the Veralto Enterprise SystemLean business culture of continuous improvementA framework for professional developmentIn-house content for continuous learningFlexible working hoursHealth benefits401(k)This position is part of the Product Quality Engineering team located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site.This role could include potential travel for up to 10% of the year.In this role, a typical day will look like:Drive daily Customer Defect Tracking & Resolution (CDT&R) activities, including KPI reporting (customer complaints, scrap, first‑pass yield)Lead quality activities across the reliability system, including design for reliability and manufacturability, design reviews, supplier quality, CDT&R, and KaizenMonitor product and process performance using statistical methods (SPC, capability studies, trend analysis)Lead root‑cause investigations using 8D, Ishikawa, and 5‑Why within the Veralto Enterprise System (VES)Provide on‑floor technical support to analyze nonconformances and implement corrective and preventive actionsImplement and sustain quality improvement initiatives, including CAPAs, SCARs, and structured problem‑solving processesFacilitate FMEAs for new product development and changes to existing products or processesPartner cross‑functionally to define SMART quality objectives and drive accountability to resultsThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Quality)Minimum 5 years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment with a quality focusDemonstrated working knowledge of quality tools: PPAP, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and MSAHands‑on experience with Quality Management Systems , including planning, tools, and project executionPractical experience reading technical drawings and developing or maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time.
