Finance Executive

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ equivalent or higher in finance and accounting
• Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in AutoCount Accounting System preferred
• Proficient with MS Office
• Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels
• Meticulous and resourceful, with initiative and excellent motivational skills

Additional Information

Job Description - Responsible for full set of accounts and ensure reports are submitted within the stipulated timeline; - Perform day-to-day accounting transactions including payment processing; oversees AR matters; - Perform credit review and monitor collections to maintain healthy debtors aging report; - Provide support on the analysis of all financial numbers to facilitate decision-making process; - Initiate tax planning, GST reporting, and oversee periodic document submission; . Review and seek clarification from the respective departments on revenue, expenses, accruals, inventory status, etc. - Liaise with external auditors and tax agents; - Prepare financial statement and tax computation; - Perform checks on staff's overtime through Human Resource Management System; - Perform monthly payroll and responsible for all payroll related matters.
