Analysis of basins, hydrographs, development and routing of maximum discharges. 5-10 years of experience in drainage engineering. Software expertise includes: HEC-HMS and SWMM. Understanding of FHWA hydraulic engineering design series and technical reports. Stormwater quantity/quality calculations, LID, NPDES compliance and erosion control Software expertise includes: HEC-RAS, HY-8, CulvertMaster, StormCAD, CivilStorm, PondPack, FlowMaster, useful 2D expertise such as SRH-2D, FLO-2D Development of drainage plans, profiles, specifications and estimates for transportation projects and hydraulic resources. This includes grading, grading, and other design components through models such as Inroads, Arc-GIS, and other pre- and post-processing software packages. Experience with international codes desirable (AASHTO, DOT).
