Requirements

• Willing to learn with a positive attitude
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
• Able to work independently and communicate acrosscross-functional team
• Relevant experience in Halal compliance is an advantage (e.g.having the Halal Competence Assessment cert HCA)
• Candidates available to start work immediately
• Basic knowledge with Microsoft Words / Excel / Powerpoint
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore at thetime of application. The company is unable to provide employment sponsorshipfor this role
• Candidates willing to work at both Tai Seng and Senoko locations.

Position: Sales Administrator cum Halal Assurance Officer Working hours: 5 days - onsite. Monday to Friday (8am-5:30pm) Medical and dental benefits, leave entitlement Location: Tai Seng & Senoko Job Scope Assist Sales department with day-to-day sales administrative duties such as keying in prices and quotations onto ERP system. Receive and process PO, orders via ERP system Candidate must be familiar with ERP system Answering phone calls and reverting all customers questions and enquiries via email / phone/ whatsapp. Monitoring of inventory levels. Filing of documents such as Delivery Orders. Supporting and ensure all Halal Assurance Points (HAP) are properly maintained Endorsing original invoices, delivery orders, and ensure documentation is in order Assisting in Halal Awareness Training for staff Supporting both internal and external Halal audits (if any) Ensuring incoming of raw materials are correctly verified against purchase orders Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor/manager (sales administrative & halal compliance)
