Responsibility: Cultivate - Lead and support the care team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and positive work environment. Train - Ensure staff receive ongoing education and professional development opportunities. Financial Stewardship - Manage staffing and nursing department finances in alignment with care standards and budget requirements. Comply - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and employment legislation. Risk Management - Address resident concerns and mitigate clinical risks while ensuring timely action on critical incidents. Customer Service - Respond to feedback from residents, families, vendors, and team members with empathy and professionalism.
