Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high-performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales, and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Civilian Agency landscape and Federal IT ecosystem
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field
- Knowledge of and familiarity with Federal sales or enterprise technology sales
- Self-starter mentality in order to identify business opportunities
- A can-do attitude and willingness to wear many hats in a rapidly moving tech startup environment
- Intellectual curiosity; you love technology and are constantly keeping an eye on new R&D
- Competitive spirit; you are driven by the opportunity to close deals and exceed revenue goals

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth within Civilian Agencies by owning the full sales lifecycle-from pipeline development through close and expansion. This role requires deep knowledge of federal procurement, strong relationships across DoW agencies, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments. You will act as a trusted advisor to government customers, aligning needs with MixMode's AI cybersecurity solutions while coordinating closely with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success teams.
