Responsibilities

  • Manage school-initiated ICT projects and coordinate ICT project roll-outs while ensuring compliance with MOE policies, guidelines, and standards

  • Provide end-user training and guidance to empower colleagues with relevant ICT skills
  • Manage ICT/AV resources including equipment replacement, condemnation, inventory management, IT records maintenance, license tracking, and equipment distribution and loans
  • Facilitate video conferencing and webinar sessions using applications such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
  • Provide AV support for school meetings, conferences, events, and workshops
  • Assist with videography and photography services during events, including AV equipment setup and video production (editing and producing)
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or related field
  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience working in MOE-funded schools
  • Experience managing contracts for ICT projects and liaising with ICT vendors
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good ICT technical knowledge to configure, install, and maintain school-owned IT hardware and software for end-user devices

Company Overview Lighthouse School is a Special Education School funded by MOE at 51 Toa Payoh Rise. It educates children aged 7 to 18 with visual impairment and/or hearing loss through National Curriculum and Customised Curriculum Programmes.
