Responsibilities
- Manage school-initiated ICT projects and coordinate ICT project roll-outs while ensuring compliance with MOE policies, guidelines, and standards

- Manage ICT/AV resources including equipment replacement, condemnation, inventory management, IT records maintenance, license tracking, and equipment distribution and loans
- Facilitate video conferencing and webinar sessions using applications such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
- Provide AV support for school meetings, conferences, events, and workshops
- Assist with videography and photography services during events, including AV equipment setup and video production (editing and producing)
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or related field
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience working in MOE-funded schools
- Experience managing contracts for ICT projects and liaising with ICT vendors
- Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good ICT technical knowledge to configure, install, and maintain school-owned IT hardware and software for end-user devices
