Job Details: Job Summary This position is responsible for processing poultry gizzards by removing excess lining, fat, and other unwanted material while maintaining product quality, food safety, and production standards. Team members must perform all job duties in a safe manner and follow Tyson Foods policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Peel and trim gizzards according to product specifications and quality standards. Inspect product for defects, contamination, or quality concerns. Maintain required production rates while ensuring quality workmanship. Follow all food safety, USDA, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Keep work area clean and organized throughout the shift. Report product quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervision. Assist with sanitation and cleanup activities as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by management. This position is part of a production team supporting poultry processing operations. The successful candidate must be able to perform all job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
