Responsibilities

  • Digital, social media and E‑commerce Activation
  • Plan and accomplish digital campaigns and social media activities to build brand awareness and create leads.
  • Lead e‑commerce activation, working with Sales and Distributors to grow online engagement and order conversion.
  • Brand & Market Activation
  • Implement brand guidelines, manage digital branding and selective PR activities.
  • Support on‑ground activation: roadshows, technical workshops, product demos.
  • Improve dealer activation (garage branding, co‑branding with distributors, event support such as launches, customer days, distributor conferences).
  • Product & Portfolio Support
  • Support new product launch activation (online and offline).
  • Coordinate Price, SKU, and Order Form management.
  • Manage POSM and marketing materials (localization and deployment).
  • Run Promotion for customer (BS, IG) and loyalty program to push sales, not only distributors
  • Sales Support & Business Analytics
  • Analyze Forecast vs. PO vs. Actual Sales (In / Out) and distributor sell‑through performance.
  • Prepare sales dashboards, insights, and action‑oriented reports for the Sales team to support decision‑making.
  • Work with Sales to propose focus SKUs, promotions, and activation actions.
  • Distributor Capability Building & Market Intelligence
  • Help distributors to evolve from "Order Taker" to "Brand Ambassador" through tools, content, and activation programs.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to close the loop between market, Sales, and Product.
  • Manage customer relationships, engaging them in value-added activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Activation (preferably in FMCG, Automotive, or Coatings industry)
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, or E-commerce is a plus
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience researching and generating leads with an ability to interpret sales data and provide insights
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Additional Information

You will drive digital marketing, sales activation, and data-based sales support by leading digital campaigns and social media deployment. You will also drive e-commerce activation and work with Sales and Distributors to create leads, enhance online engagement, and convert orders. Additionally, you will strengthen brand awareness through brand guideline implementation, PR and digital branding projects. You will participate in on-ground and dealer activation activities. These activities include roadshows, technical workshops, product demonstrations, garage branding, and co-branding with distributors. Additionally, you will support events like product launches, customer days, and distributor conferences. You will collaborate with regional teams on these activities. You will report directly to Business Manager, Refinish Vietnam based in Ho Chi Minh.
