Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness - managed by HealthFitness - is looking for a dynamic and motivating Boxing Instructor to join the fitness team at our premier, state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas . If you're passionate about boxing, love helping others build strength and confidence, and know how to energize a room, we want you in our corner! Position Details: This is an on-call/substitute role , offering flexibility while giving you the opportunity to make an impact when it matters most. You'll step in to lead high-energy, engaging classes when our regular instructors are unavailable - keeping our members inspired, challenged, and coming back for more. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT certification oe boxing specific certification required. Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: $28 - $31/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
