Our Sr BA/PM will initially report directly to Jeff Gabriele for general employment and will report to different Senior Program Managers on the GCG team for various assignments. The trajectory for a successful Sr BA/PM is to grow into a higher level Program Manager role that is responsible for scoping and managing cross-functional projects, conducting robust analyses, solving complex challenges, delivering high quality results, and earning the trust of our clients. As examples of the types of projects this position could work on, here are several projects we have been or are currently involved in with our current client: Project management of very large unstructured data governance initiative, including managing unstructured data separation strategy and execution for a large-scale spinoff Project management of a large-scale migration from prior versions of SAP and JDE ERPs to SAP S/4 HANA. Program management of the ingestion of data into the company's Common Data Layer (CDL), which is a massive data repository, housing data from hundreds of apps and tens of thousands of tables.
