Posted Job Title Penn Medicine Clinician (Department of Hematology/Oncology) Job Profile Title Penn Medicine Clinician Job Description Summary Provides health care services on a full-time or part-time basis in an owned or affiliated health care entity of Penn Medicine or The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Provides inpatient hospital services as required and fulfills all medico-administrative duties associated with membership on each hospital medical staff of which clinician is a member. May participate in a minimum of 50 hours per year of active and high quality teaching or equivalent service. Performs prompt, courteous and competent professional services in accordance with generally accepted professional standards for such services and with the standards established from time to time. Maintains license to practice medicine without restriction or limitation in Pennsylvania or location of affiliates, if applicable. Job Description The Division of Hematology/Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for a full-time position as a hematologist/medical oncologist at Penn Medicine Valley Forge, Radnor, Yardley, Chester County, Cherry Hill and Princeton, joining our thriving team of physicians and advanced practice providers at Penn Medicine. The Hematology/Oncology practice at Penn Medicine provides an opportunity to work collaboratively both with local network of primary care and oncology providers in expanding Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia County, PA and Princeton, NJ with the multidisciplinary teams in Philadelphia, including surgical oncology, radiation oncology, gynecologic oncology and other surgical and medical subspecialties. Opportunities to foster one or more areas of clinical focus and participation in one or more of the Penn Medicine Cancer Service Line's 12 multidisciplinary Disease Teams are encouraged.
