Accounts Executive (Full Sets)

About the role

My client is a SME located at AMK Ave 5 industrial park area. 5 days week. 8am to 530pm. Company is more than 30 years old. Total company headcount less than 30pax. Executive about 5 pax. The rest are hands on workers. Accounts Executive (Full Set)+ Admin+ HR. There is another admin staff assisting. Job Requirement Must be independent in doing Full set of accounts. AR. AP, GST etc. Yearly return will be submitted by company accountant. Handle petty cash. Workers may buy small material at workshop etc need to claim etc. There is only One accounts person and one admin person in the company, so all admin works and HR, applying for work pass, renewal etc. Will need to be carried out. Must have some experience and willing to do submit and renewal work passes for workers. Any admins works assigned by management Procurement. Generate Invoices and progress claims. Requirement Full sets of accounts Willing to learn. Willing to do admin works aside accounts duties.
