Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Project Delivery
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of airport civil infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, grading, drainage, utilities, and associated landside works.

- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the Aviation sector in the Greater Toronto Area and across Canada.
- Project Management & Collaboration
- Support or lead project management tasks including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, electrical, mechanical, planning, environmental) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide construction-phase support, including responses to RFIs, site reviews, and design clarifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario (required).
- Approximately 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience , with demonstrated involvement in airport or aviation infrastructure projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and related design tools.
- Strong understanding of airside geometry, grading, drainage design, pavement design principles, and utility coordination.
- Proven ability to manage or contribute to complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects.
- Experience supporting or leading proposal efforts and business development initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing environments.
