Our pediatric population ranges in ages from birth to 21 years of age. Weekly Pay, $28.00 - $40.00 per hour. Create Your Own Schedule : Although this specific position is a day shift, in general, we never mandate shifts, giving you the flexibility to balance work and personal life. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
• Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
• Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
• Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
• Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
• Schedule & Benefits:
