The duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily field service activities, including scheduling crews, equipment, and transportation to meet customer and operational requirements. Serve as the primary point of coordination between customers, field teams, and internal functions (sales, compliance, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure all field operations are executed in compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. Monitor service execution in real time, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain service levels. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of field activities, including work orders, manifests, and service records to support billing and regulatory compliance. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Support waste profiling, scheduling, and coordination across hazardous and non-hazardous service lines. Collaborate with operations and leadership to standardize processes and improve consistency across sites. Ensure effective communication of service expectations, changes, and updates to all stakeholders. Support audit readiness and compliance reporting by maintaining organized and accurate records. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 3-5+ years of experience in field services, environmental services, logistics, or operations coordination. Experience supporting hazardous and/or non-hazardous waste operations strongly preferred. Working knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., RCRA, DOT, OSHA) preferred. Experience with work order management, scheduling systems, or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ability to analyze and manage operational data. Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, operational environment. Ability to problem-solve in real time and make sound decisions with limited direction. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service quality. Pay Transparency Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable).
