Senior Engineer - Linear Infrastructure & Site Civils

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of geometric designs for highways, urban roads, and airport projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the design of earthworks, platforms, and traffic signage (horizontal and vertical).
• Prepare and update 3D models of road corridors, airport platforms, runways, taxiways, and terrain surfaces using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Participate in the preparation of design reports, technical documentation, specifications, and quantity take-offs.
• Ensure that assigned design tasks comply with applicable local and international standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (drainage, structures, lighting, pavements, etc.).
• Participate in technical meetings and internal design reviews, supporting validation and quality checks.
• Coordinate with CAD designers and modelers to ensure the accuracy of project deliverables.
• Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields.
• 4 years of proven experience in geometric roadway design (including highways and urban roads).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (required).
• Basic knowledge of AASHTO standards and/or local roadway design regulations.
• Experience assisting in the development of designs up to detailed construction documentation.
• Technical English proficiency (reading design standards and specifications).

Requirements

• Experience with additional design software such as InfraWorks, Navisworks, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Subassembly Composer or Dynamo (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of road safety audits or complementary elements (drainage, barriers, landscaping).
• Specialization or certifications in roadway geometric design or related fields (a plus).
• Strong interest in professional growth and learning advanced design tools.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
