- Develop project updates, dashboards, documentation, and strategic insights for leadership while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management , Facilities Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of project leadership or project management experience
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and related project materials.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams, vendors, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10 -20%.
- PMP certification.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Intermediate or advanced AutoCAD proficiency .
- Experience managing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility projects.
- Experience supporting facilities, construction, real estate, infrastructure, or corporate transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, vendor performance, RFPs, and contract-related deliverables.
- The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $83,000.00 - $111,000.00 - $122,100.00 annually.
