Resident Architecture Executive (10+ Years Experience) Roles & Responsibilities - Oversee QA/QC for architectural, structural, and M&E works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and the SO/SOR/SORA to resolve design, technical, and site coordination issues. - Conduct and supervise site inspections, work reviews, mock-up/prototype assessments, and façade work certification. - Monitor project progress, construction quality, safety compliance, and contractor performance; maintain daily records and prepare progress reports. - Review contractors' work methodologies, material submissions, remedial proposals, and support the evaluation of contractor claims. - Supervise and guide assigned RTOs/site staff, conduct toolbox talks, staff meetings, project briefings, and disseminate project updates. - Attend site meetings, inspections, and working sessions as required by the project team. - Ensure proper management of project documentation, correspondence, site diaries, inspection records, as-built drawings, and document control. - Manage office administration, inventory, equipment, staff scheduling, leave records, onboarding, and workplace upkeep. - Support staff resourcing, welfare, communication, productivity, and deputize the Senior Resident Architect (SRA) when required. - Perform other project-related duties assigned by the SO/SOR/SORA.
