The Technical Apprentice will be responsible for the successful completion of his / her apprenticeship in a fixed timeframe and to prepare for a future career in his / her field of expertise. Grow with us - Your responsibilities Support the deployment and follow-up of the training plan for France and Belgium Coordinate training activities with the external training provider Support the monthly onboarding process for France Plan internal training sessions and follow up on related invoices Maintain training databases, reporting tools and documentation Support OPCO requests and follow-up for French legal entities What will convince us - Your profile Currently preparing a Master's degree in Human Resources Strong sense of service and willingness to learn Organized, rigorous and structured way of working Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders Alternance rhythm allowing regular weekly presence in the company Previous HR/training experience, Excel skills and English are a plus About Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
