Responsibilities
- Develop and follow up with prospective and existing clients, recommend suitable professional services, and identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Manage client projects and service applications from initial enquiry and contract signing through document collection, follow-up, and completion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Outgoing, proactive, and customer-focused, with good commercial awareness and the ability to identify client needs and business opportunities.
- Strong organisational, documentation, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in consultancy, professional services, account management, business development, sales, project coordination, or application processing would be an advantage
