Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional staff positions across multiple offices and departments, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, market conditions, and hiring priorities.

  • Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting initiatives, reporting, process improvements, and special projects.
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, market conditions, and talent availability within the legal and professional services industries.

Requirements

  • At least three years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Prior experience recruiting within a law firm, legal services, professional services, or corporate environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for professional staff, administrative, legal support, or business services roles preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative with team members and hiring stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus.

This position will focus on recruiting professional staff talent across the firm, including legal support, administrative, business services, and other non-attorney roles. This is a remote or hybrid position that may be based in any state where Wilson Elser has an office. The Position The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for professional staff positions across multiple offices and business functions. This role requires a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven recruiter who can partner closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, identify strong candidates, and help deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recruiting experience, preferably with some experience in a law firm, professional services, or other corporate environment.
