Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development of ServiceNow solution using App
- Engine and CSM components

- Perform unit testing and support defect fixes during release cycles
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on feasibility and
- effort estimation
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance guidelines, security
- controls, and documentation practices
- Required Skills:
- Strong ServiceNow App Engine, CSM, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script
- Includes
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow security, roles, ACLs
- Experience in government / regulated environments is a plus
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine development
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service
- Management (CSM)/SPM
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Additional Requirements
- Hands-on experience in App Engine and CSM
- Resource must be based in and work from Noida ODC (BCA-approved
- location)
- Exposure to ATF (Automated Test Framework) or AutomatePro
- Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / BE) in Computer Science, Information
- Technology, Electronics, or related engineering discipline is required
- Master's degree (M.Tech / MCA or equivalent postgraduate qualification) is
- preferred
- Relevant Servicenow certifications will be an added advantage
