Day to day activities will include: Partner with leaders to provide expertise in areas such as employee relations, performance, and strategic resource planning Drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and strengthen leadership capability. Partner with leaders to drive business growth For the full job description click here To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the following skills and experiences: Experience: HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist experience in a complex, fast-paced environment. Education: Degree in Business, HR, or related field; CIPD qualification is a plus. Expertise: Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy design, and strategic HR delivery. Skills: Influential communicator and relationship-builder. Strong problem-solver with analytical and project management skills. Confident advisor and coach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Also: Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle). Background in supporting organizational change and people transformation initiatives. This role has a salary of between £56,000 and £70,000 depending on experience plus our flexible benefits package and bonus. This role currently has a requirement to work on-site a min of 3 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for qualifying UK based applicants to move closer to our site.
