We're Looking For A(n): Operations Site Lead Location: Memphis, TN What You'll Be Doing: The Site Operations Administrator serves as a key support partner within the warehouse/distribution center, coordinating people programs, operational processes, compliance initiatives, and administrative functions that contribute to an efficient, safe, and productive workplace. This role supports site leadership by overseeing employee engagement programs, assisting with safety and GMP compliance activities, administering building access and onboarding processes, providing basic IT and equipment setup support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the facility. The Site Operations Administrator acts as a central point of coordination for employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams, helping maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. ●Coordinate and administer employee programs, engagement initiatives, recognition activities, and site communications. ● Support safety and GMP compliance efforts through documentation management, training coordination, audits, inspections, and follow-up actions. ● Facilitate new hire onboarding, including badge creation, building access, workstation setup, and orientation support. ● Provide basic IT support, including computer setup, user access requests, equipment inventory, and troubleshooting coordination with corporate IT teams. ● Manage site access controls, visitor processes, and employee badge administration. ● Support warehouse leadership with reporting, scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation, and special projects. ● Maintain operational records, compliance files, and employee-related documentation. ● Coordinate office, facility, and operational support activities to ensure a well-functioning workplace. ● Serve as a liaison between site employees and departments including HR, IT, Safety, Facilities, and Operations. ● Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, employee experience, and overall site performance. Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.): ●Operational Coordination & Organization - Effectively manages multiple priorities, administrative processes, and operational activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. ● Safety, GMP & Compliance Focus - Promotes a safe work environment and supports adherence to GMP standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. ● Communication & Customer Service - Builds positive relationships and provides responsive support to employees, leadership, and cross-functional partners. ● Technology & Systems Administration - Utilizes business systems effectively and manages basic IT support, access control, equipment setup, and recordkeeping. ● Problem Solving & Accountability - Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and ownership in identifying issues, implementing solutions, and driving results.
