Consultant - Performance

Responsibilities

• The Performance Advisory team help clients deliver significant improvement in business performance and enterprise value across all subsectors.
• Building, refining and interpreting complex financial models;
• Supporting sector initiatives and other business development opportunities through conducting market research and company analyses;
• Supporting engagements from growth strategy development to operational turnarounds;
• Assist in drafting client presentation materials;
• Attending client meetings and communicating with clients and colleagues in written and oral form
• This is a full time Consultant position. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in finance, analytics, investment analysis or similar.
• Consulting experience beneficial but not required - however, strong interest in consulting and comfort working in ambiguity is essential.
• Advanced financial modelling capability, including building models from scratch, evaluating multiple scenarios, interpreting outputs and translating findings into clear, commercial insights.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders to communicate insights clearly and confidently.
• High energy style, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a very fast paced environment.
• True passion for achieving ambitious results.
• As we grow our office and business in Australia, the role focus heavily on business development, market research as well as delivery, requiring adaptability and openness to varied, evolving responsibilities each day.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
• Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday

• Education Requirements
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related quantitative discipline is essential.
• Master's degree and / or an MBA desirable.
