Requirements
- Experience and knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in digital paid media, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior account management role
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one Programmatic platform (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar)
- Experience managing mid-to-large budget accounts in the Mexican or Latin American market
- Solid understanding of business metrics: ROAS, CPA, LTV, attribution models
- Ability to lead teams, give direct feedback, and develop talent
- Executive communication in Spanish; intermediate-to-advanced English required
- Analytical thinking: you make decisions with data, not instinct
- Strong organization and time management in a fast-moving environment
