Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will :
  • Drive Account Growth and Portfolio Success: Own the end-to-end strategy for civilian agencies to maximize market share growth, successfully shifting partnerships from sub-contractor to Prime positions while consistently achieving high proposal win rates and contract renewal rates.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have :
  • 10-15+ years of dedicated experience in the Federal Market (specifically focusing on Civilian Agencies), including at least 5 years of experience in a mid-to-large-size account relationship management role for a Federal contractor .
  • Strong knowledge of complex acquisition strategies , including General Services Administration schedules, Other Transaction Authorities, and strategic subcontracting to partners and system integrators .
  • Proven ability to engage and influence at the C-suite level , utilizing an extensive network of current and former senior government leaders alongside the communication skills necessary to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions .
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (an active Top Secret security clearance and/or background as a former senior-level government official is highly desirable) .

  • Reasonably expected salary range: $142,100.00 - $189,400.00
  • Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
