Job Summary The Sr. Design Engineering Lead is responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of plant buildings and machinery. This includes establishing standards for pollution control, equipment testing, and maintenance procedures. The role may also involve recommending new equipment and systems. This job profile is intended for experienced professionals who apply practical knowledge of a job area and work independently with general supervision. 设置该岗位的目的: Purpose of the Job: - 主要任务与职责: - 负责高速永磁电机和潜水异步电机的本地化开发与优化，包括结构强度设计、参数计算与性能分析。 - 参与本地化电机相关技术方案的指定与评审，确保设计方案的可行性和先进性 - 负责电机样机的试制、测试及问题分析，提出改进措施并优化产品性能 - 协助解决电机生产过程中出现的技术问题，提供技术支持和改进指导 - 跟踪行业技术发展趋势，参与新技术、新工艺的研究与应用 - 编写相关技术文档，包括设计说明书、测试报告及专利申请 Main tasks and responsibilities: - Responsible for the localization development and optimization of high-speed permanent magnet motors and submersible asynchronous motors, including structural strength design, parameter calculation, and performance analysis. - Participate in the specification and review of technical solutions related to localized motors, ensuring the feasibility and advancement of design plans. - Responsible for prototyping, testing, and problem analysis of motors, proposing improvements, and optimizing product performance. - Assist in resolving technical issues during motor production, providing technical support and guidance for improvement. - Track industry technology development trends and participate in the research and application of new technologies and processes. - Prepare related technical documents, including design specifications, test reports, and patent applications. 职位要求： - 具备扎实电机理论和控制理论基础，熟悉电磁分析软件、机械设计软件和相关标准 - 熟悉电机设计和制造工艺 - 熟悉永磁同步电机、异步电机等常用电机的工作原理 - 具备较好的语言表达、沟通协调、团队协助能力，具备敬业精神及良好的职业道德 - 电子电气相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上电机设计或制造、控制相关工作经验； - 展示在满足客户需求方面的响应能力和及时性； - 有效平衡多项优先事项和相互竞争的需求； - 保护机密信息； - 以高度诚信行事； - 需要具备英语口语和书写能力。

Requirements

• Solid foundation in motor theory and control theory, familiar with electromagnetic analysis software, mechanical design software, and relevant standards.
• Familiar with motor design and manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with the working principles of commonly used motors such as permanent magnet synchronous motors and asynchronous motors.
• Good verbal communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with a professional attitude and strong work ethics.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or electrical engineering, with more than 3 years of experience in motor design, manufacturing, or control-related work.
• Demonstrate responsiveness and promptness in serving customer needs;
• Balance many priorities and competing demands effectively;
• Protect confidential information;
• Act with a high level of integrity;
• English language ability, oral and writing are required.
