What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will support the delivery of Health and Social Care functions for adults and carers in Wirral. You will ensure compliance with the Care Act 2014, promoting strength-based practice, personalisation, and social inclusion. Additionally, you will provide supervision and practice support to ASYE/newly qualified social workers and Care Navigators.
