- Monitor emerging BI and AI technologies and recommend practical applications for Finance.

- Must-have experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Intelligence, Financial Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Advanced Power BI skills.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex analysis.
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
- Practical experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of AI opportunities, limitations, governance, and responsible use in business.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with DAX, Power Query, Python, or R.
- Experience implementing AI-powered analytics, forecasting, or automation.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Services or Microsoft Fabric AI capabilities.
- Professional BI certifications.
