Warehouse Executive [Tuas - 5 days - up to $3500] - LCYL

Responsibilities

• Supervise & lead a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers' orders.
• Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters as well as resolving any issues raised.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Process billing invoices to customer promptly.
• Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the team.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement corrective actions to address performance issues.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure goods meet required standards.
• Recruitment:
• Min Diploma holder
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience
• Possess hands-on warehouse working experience as warehouse supervisor
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office software

Warehouse Executive Location: Tuas Avenue Working Day & Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm Salary: $3000-$3500
