Job Summary: The Traveling Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. This role supervises crews, coordinates job site activities, and ensures projects are completed on time and within scope. Responsibilities include new installations, re-roofing, repairs, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems. The Superintendent will also be responsible for quality control, safety compliance, and customer communication across multiple job sites. This position requires travel to project sites across Texas, including Amarillo, Abilene, and San Antonio, as well as Monroe, Louisiana. Flynn provides housing accommodations.
