Sales Consultant (100% commission based)

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships within the SME sector
• Source new clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking
• Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable financing solutions
• Manage and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
• Handle ongoing funding applications and follow-ups
• Ensure proper advisory practices, accurate documentation, and compliance with company processes
• Participate in structured training and ongoing support

Requirements

• Singaporeans only
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently while being a team player
• Existing client network or leads is a plus
• 100% commission-based, no cap on earnings
• 4-day work week
