  • Lead the North American quotation and pursuit process from opportunity identification through customer submission, ensuring adherence to defined governance, timelines, and approval requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality, customer-ready quotations that reflect competitive positioning, technical feasibility, and financial discipline.
  • Assemble cross-functional team for GNG and QR and lead creation of work package and pre-review meetings to assemble GNG and QR decks
  • Drive consolidation of cross-functional inputs, resolving gaps, clarifying assumptions, and aligning stakeholders to deliver a single, integrated proposal.
  • Facilitate effective decision-making across functions by leading Go-No Go and Quote reviews, ensuring appropriate executive approvals, managing escalations, and ensuring transparency of risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
  • Ensure consistent application of pursuit and quotation processes across the region, including use of standard tools, templates, and approval workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality within the regional pursuit process and partner with global teams to implement enhancements.
  • Support training and coaching of regional stakeholders on pursuit expectations, governance, and best practices.
  • Track and communicate pursuit status and, key milestones, risk escalation, and outcomes to regional and global leadership.
  • Maintain integrity of pursuit data, documentation, and reporting to support pipeline visibility and decision-making.
  • Support regional forecasting, funnel management, and post-pursuit reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 7 years of Automotive experience in sales pursuit management, sales operations, program management, commercial contract execution, or a related cross-functional role.
  • Strong understanding of sales quotation processes, commercial governance, and customer engagement models.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional activities in a large global matrixed corporation.

Additional Information

Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Regional Pursuits Manager, Automotive North America. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
