What this job can offer you This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Director within our Revenue Operations team, managing the entire Revenue Tech Stack and related processes and policies. We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and engaged leader to join our Revenue Operations team. You are a problem solver, and we're looking for someone who spikes on business problem solving with a technical lens. We're building a AI-first, scalable revenue engine for the future of prospecting, selling and expanding our customers. You will play a pivotal role in driving architectural and operational excellence across our GTM Organization. You will be responsible for leveraging technology like Salesforce, Leandata, Outreach and others to support our GTM teams and provide them with a competitive advantage in the marketplace. You will co-design our solutions of the future with sales leaders. You will be in charge of implementing business requirements, processes and policies in a highly effective and efficient way, managing complex change, and driving an accountable, collaborative team environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of revenue operations, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You will be a key partner to the SVP of Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership by providing strategic guidance supported by tactical execution to improve our sales outcomes. You use AI tools in your actual day-to-day work and you're actively teaching your team to do the same. You document what you learn, share context generously, and build institutional knowledge rather than sitting on it. When you see technical debt or broken process, you name it - you don't just build around it. What you bring Experience leading and managing technical or technical-adjacent teams in Revenue Operations as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP in a high-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities, requiring strong project management and decision-making skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance while being hands-on when required. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply strategic thinking and collaborate with other GTM leaders to set and implement strategies for GTM success. Deep understanding of managing and deploying key sales tools, including Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense. If you haven't used all of these tools - that's fine - but will need ability to dig into new tools to understand at the ground level. Proactive and innovative mindset that constantly seeks opportunities to enhance processes and workflows for GTM teams. Solid business understanding with the ability to translate business needs into specific, workable requirements. Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decisions, insights, and improvements. Exceptionally strong communicator and influencer, adept at partnering, influencing, and aligning stakeholders at all levels, with experience in change management. Writes and speaks fluent English. Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus. Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
