Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will:
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with HCPs and key accounts to drive awareness and appropriate use of GSK's solutions, in line with GSK policies and ethical standards.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with GSK's commercial strategy to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, medical, market access) to implement tailored account solutions that address patient and customer needs.

  • Coordinate with supply chain and commercial teams to support demand forecasting and help ensure product availability for customers.

  • Basic Qualifications / Requirements
  • To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or account management experience with a demonstrable record of achieving objectives.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Readiness and ability to travel frequently across Kuwait and Oman.
  • Valid residency in Kuwait.

Requirements

  • The following will be an advantage:
  • Recent experience in specialty care and/or respiratory or related therapeutic areas in Kuwait and/or Oman.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, stakeholders and access dynamics in Kuwait and Oman.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive approach to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Fluency in any additional language relevant to the Kuwait / Oman healthcare market.
  • Work Environment
  • Field-based role covering Kuwait and Oman.
  • Frequent travel across the assigned territory is required.
