We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations supporting satellite manufacturing equipment and production systems. This role is responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring equipment uptime, and driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting high-volume aerospace production. Compensation & Schedule: Pay: $42-49/DOE /hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities. Higher-level roles are available for more experienced candidates at increased pay. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 am to 6 pm with paid lunch and breaks and overtime availability. Flexibility: Night and weekday shifts with are also available depending on experience and team needs.
