Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment ,job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and leave management system
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP/S Pass/EP) via MOM portal
• Support MOM compliance matters including PWM, OPW, and OED survey submissions
• Coordinate staff training, WSQ enrolments, and SkillsFuture claims
• Assist in drafting HR letters, employment contracts, and HR policies
• Manage company vehicle records, insurance renewals, and licences (e.g. LCR, NEA)
• Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparationMaintain filing systems and ensure records are up to dateAssist with ad-hoc operational and project support as required

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant admin or HR experience, preferably in a services or operations company
• Familiar with MOM e-services, CPF portal, and work pass management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of HR software (QuickHR) is an advantage
• Meticulous, organised, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
