Broker Technician

Responsibilities

• Optimize operational workflows to boost accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times.
• Identify and mitigate risks , ensuring adherence to regulatory, reporting, and internal governance requirements.
• Manage key technical processes , including signed lines, invoicing, tax schedules, and other core London Market documentation.
• Collaborate closely with brokers, clients, carriers, and third parties to maintain smooth placement and post‑placement operations.
• Support team performance , contributing to KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives as the new broking team grows.
• What You Bring
• Proven experience in a similar London Market technical or operations role , ideally within Financial or Professional Lines.
• Working knowledge of London Market systems, platforms, and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and core market processing tools .
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for helping support a high‑performing operational function.
