About the Job (Project Supervisor) Support the coordination and execution of multiple ongoing projects by working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth daily progress. Translate project plans into clear, actionable tasks, site schedules, and workflow processes to support timely delivery. Track project timelines and site activities, identify potential delays, coordination issues, and risks, and escalate matters when necessary. Assist in aligning manpower, materials, and documentation across different teams to ensure efficient project execution. Prepare regular progress updates, reports, and documentation to support management review and decision-making. Maintain clear communication between departments, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve on-site issues and keep projects on track. Support implementation of changes and improvements to enhance project efficiency and overall coordination. Skills and Requirements Relevant experience in project supervision, site coordination, or project support within a construction or corporate environment. Strong ability to follow project plans and ensure tasks are executed according to schedule and requirements. Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, contractors, and management. Able to prepare basic reports, updates, and documentation clearly and professionally.
