Job Description: Job Description Summary Deliver high-impact, in-person and virtual training experiences focused on learner application, confidence, and adoption of Vertex products and solutions. Facilitate learning through discussion, inquiry, scenario-based exercises, and guided practice across diverse professional and technical audiences. Adapt facilitation in real time based on learner signals, observed gaps, and diagnostic questioning to guide learners toward independent problem-solving. Leverage AI-assisted tools - including LMS analytics, AI copilots, and content intelligence platforms - to personalize learning, identify trends, and continuously improve facilitation strategy. Partner with Instructional Design, Enablement Services, Product, and AI teams to align training delivery to measurable outcomes including readiness, adoption, and sustained performance. Capture facilitation insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of training content, enablement pathways, and AI-driven learning experiences. Travel to deliver training at client sites, regional centers, and conferences (up to 40%). Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience delivering live, high-impact training to professional or technical audiences in SaaS or enterprise technology environments. Mastery of adult learning theory, facilitation-based instructional strategies, and real-time learner diagnosis. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, scenario-based learning experiences. Proficiency applying enablement frameworks focused on readiness, adoption, and measurable performance outcomes. Comfort leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance training effectiveness, personalize reinforcement, and surface learner insights. Exceptional verbal communication, executive presence, and demonstrated confidence to lead, challenge, and coach learners. Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
